Elsa Peterson was born and raised on the island of Saba. From a very young age Elsa already knew what she wanted. That has always been to serve the people of Saba. Her resilience and ambition led her to graduating from St. Thomas University in Florida, with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, minors in Sociology and Political Science, and a Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Intercultural Human Rights.

Upon returning to Saba in 2019, Elsa started her career at the Public Entity Saba as a Policy Advisor to the Saba Package. Later on she also took on responsibilities of account management, project management and the culture domain. Proven to have excellent leadership skills, networking ability, knowledge and passion for good governance, Elsa decided to join the WIPM party and contest the March 2023 elections.
